'Tis a beauty. Also if that green stuff on the dirt is grass or something like that then I would put like roots or something going into the dirt because on top of the rightmost building the grass is on a too perfectly flat dirt thing.

Wouldn't it make more sense to make the cavern the dark colour? I don't know I just seems to look better and is more logical in my eyes. As it's a cavern there'd naturally be less light so it would be a darker colour. It's also how people say it's suppose to be done, though there are maps that have done it the opposite way. Like this.

I think it'd look better if there was a bridge going across the whole lake and maybe some sort of mini lift for going up to the top area. This may look like a DTK but you've gotta give people a chance to attack their enemies. Shoot down that cargo lift and BAM! Instant screw you by the defenders, to the attackers. Unless they can fly. Flying makes everything better. :buddy:

Mind you I remember Metal saying something about your other map needing jetpacks to traverse. Have you learnt nothing from that?

Still I like this map, it makes me want to have match with you on a map of yours. Since mine look worse. (Says the guy who beat you in the competition :v:) Keep up the good work, nice to see someone carry on map making.

There appears to be some teleporter shenanigans in both bases.

I saw one set. I suppose that works. Maybe one more in the upper regions?
Writing teleporter station instead of T-station might also be advisable, for any ignorant people.

Re: Major Inc. Cartography Section

I think you might want to put a little more open space to the right.

I'd considered that, but what would I put there?

Re: Major Inc. Cartography Section

A small island or maybe even just plain ocean, just to give the offenders some room before they are in line of sight with the base.

Re: Major Inc. Cartography Section

To answer the above question, I believe a little extension of the main area island cave thingy you've got going in the background would look tremendously cool and give you some space-filler to extend the map a teeny beet.

Re: Major Inc. Cartography Section

You mean the one with the Lift on it? And if so, which way? Into the cavern or out into the open sea?

Re: Major Inc. Cartography Section

I mean the whole of everything.
I think you should add a bit of background, and not the history type.

Will bore the place up a bit less.

Oh right, yeah that makes sense. It does look ever so slightly boring right now, ever so slightly. Just a tad.

Edit: And here we have it.

Waterfall, wow! Beautiful water, but the water moving (falling) will not interfere in matches? Or maybe she does not animate, as if there is no turn?

Re: Major Inc. Cartography Section

That is amazing, even if what I said still didn't make much sense.

I think you should add a foamy water white shade though.

True. You should post it at pixeljoint or something, I'd rate it 5 stars.
